New Zealand has no recreational or retail dispensary market. Recreational cannabis is illegal under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975. Medical cannabis is legal only by prescription, dispensed through a pharmacy. We deliberately do not link any source for buying illegal cannabis/THC or importing seeds. If you need urgent help, call the National Poisons Centre on 0800 764 766, or 111 in an emergency.
